We specialize in the following:

Neurologic Conditions including: Multiple Sclerosis, Vestibular, Concussion, POTs, Dysautonomia Dysfunction, Stroke, EDS

Orthopedic Conditions including: Total Hip Replacement/Total Knee Replacement, Fall Prevention, Open Heart Surgery

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance or Medicare / Medicaid.

We do accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Cash.

What is your return policy?

We hope you like everything you purchase but in the event you need to return something: New/Unused store purchase can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.

We are located in Durham County and service Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill Area’s.
